About the role
The Machine Operator will convert raw materials into finished goods on a production line, using allocated manpower, tools, equipment, and systems. The role ensures product quality meets standard specifications while working in a hot or cold environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute conversion of raw materials into finished goods on the assigned line.
- Ensure quality of raw materials and finished products meets standard specifications.
- Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.
- Inspect equipment during production operations.
- Lift heavy equipment as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related fields.
- At least one year of machine operation or production equipment handling experience.
- At least one year of experience in food manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule in Canlubang, Laguna.
- Fresh graduates with machine operation OJT/Internship experience are encouraged to apply.
