Regional Account Manager – North Luzon

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in North Luzon. You will be responsible for achieving monthly acquisition and order targets while building strong relationships with sellers and partners across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the region’s monthly ADO and new acquisition targets.
• Lead, train, and manage the on‑the‑ground sales team to improve acquisition and retention performance.
• Monitor sales performance, identify gaps and implement immediate field solutions.
• Develop and execute localized strategies to expand the seller base and increase order volume.
• Ensure regional activities align with the company’s overall sales direction.
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights on regional performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales acquisition or account management within the assigned area.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate field sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
