Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that all food products manufactured by Zenith Foods meet established quality and safety standards. Working in the Calamba plant, you will perform laboratory and in‑process testing, evaluate raw materials and finished goods, and support continuous improvement of quality systems.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for visible defects and compliance.
• Conduct physico‑chemical tests on samples according to laboratory procedures and quality plans.
• Accept or reject production lots based on test results and sampling criteria.
• Assist in implementing quality control programs and preparing training manuals and quality guidelines.
• Perform regular inspections within the production plant and document observations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
• 1–2 years of experience in food or pharmaceutical quality assurance.
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments and on shift schedules.
