Project Manager – Telecom

About the role

The Project Manager – Telecom leads telecommunications projects from planning through implementation and acceptance, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones and workforce plans, and lead implementation across engineering, construction and commissioning teams.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, control changes, and ensure alignment with customer requirements, company processes and standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and resource plans; track costs, identify variances and take corrective actions.
• Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate regular communications and manage supplier and contractor performance.
• Maintain clear project documentation, status reports and acceptance procedures, and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant education or equivalent experience in telecommunications, engineering, project management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing telecommunications projects, including implementation and delivery activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate customers, suppliers, contractors and cross‑functional teams.
