O&M Lead

About the role

The O&M Lead will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring overall success and timely delivery. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, handling permits, and supervising field teams across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly project updates and progress reports to NBO Managers and Head.
• Engage with public and private offices for permits, policies and procedures as required.
• Oversee and supervise field teams, resolve or escalate issues, and ensure quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Document and liquidate daily material usage and maintain project trackers.
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers and other departments to develop programs and improve project efficiency.

Required profile

• College graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to be deployed or relocated anywhere in the Philippines and hold a manual driver’s license for 4‑wheel vehicles.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate multiple teams.
