Operations Support Coordinator

About the role

As an Operations Support Coordinator you will support OSP construction operations, ensuring project documentation, unit assignments, and closeout information are accurate and ready for the COP process. You will work closely with Operations, Construction, Design, OPEs, and COP resources to reconcile project information and move completed work toward invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Complete OFS unit assignments based on approved construction documentation and verify quantities against field records.
• Review and correct subcontractor bore logs for completeness, legibility, and consistency with project documentation.
• Maintain project closeout documentation in SharePoint using established folder structures and naming conventions.
• Assist with reconciliation of unit quantities, footage, and subcontractor documentation to support COP handoff packages.
• Identify missing documentation and coordinate with Operations, Construction, Design, or COP resources to obtain it.

Required profile

• Experience supporting telecom or OSP construction operations and familiarity with unit codes, directional bore documentation, and project closeout requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to compare and reconcile information across multiple sources.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to independently manage a high volume of projects and documentation.
• Effective communication skills for working with multiple departments, subcontractors, field teams, and managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using OFS, SharePoint, Smartsheet, SiteTracker, or Fulcrum.
