People Experience and Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

The People Experience & Operations Senior Specialist will own the end‑to‑end employee journey, ensuring a seamless, compliant and engaging experience from onboarding through off‑boarding. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence, the role drives operational excellence, data integrity and continuous improvement of HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the full employee lifecycle, delivering consistent, high‑quality HR services.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, Philippine labour law and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage HR systems and tools (HRIS, SuccessFactors, SAP) to maintain data accuracy and process controls.
• Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration and employee recognition programs.
• Partner with HRBPs and COEs to support business needs and implement change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, employee feedback and best practices.
• Support talent management and learning initiatives across markets.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, onboarding and payment processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture‑building activities, including budget planning and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, people experience or a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes and Philippine labour law compliance.
• Proven experience in payroll, benefits administration and vendor management.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions.
