O&M Technician – Wind Farm Operations & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join our wind farm team at the Cerros de Radona site. The role involves ensuring the reliable performance of GE 2.5 MW turbines through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance according to O&M manuals.
• Diagnose and resolve turbine faults (troubleshooting).
• Execute retrofits and upgrades on turbine components.
• Support uptower repairs and major component exchanges.
• Monitor turbine performance using remote monitoring and control systems.
• Maintain service vehicle and manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts.
• Adhere to the highest safety, health, quality and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Commitment to occupational safety, including work at height.
• Proficiency in technical English (spoken and written).
