About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead local marketing initiatives, working closely with the Global Marketing Team to adapt global campaigns for the Philippine market. This senior role is responsible for driving brand impact and market penetration in the food and beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to localize campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and events.
• Manage local marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Work with sales, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• At least 15 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience collaborating with global or regional marketing teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
