Community Management & Social Media Officer

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and engaging professional to lead our social media strategy and educator community operations. The role focuses on driving adoption of our Educator Programs and supporting teachers in using Class Builder.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content planning, publishing, and engagement across Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Build analytics dashboards and translate audience behavior into actionable insights for acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Mobilize teacher communities through playbooks, pedagogical tips, and peer showcases.
• Host onboarding sessions, webinars, and develop short video tutorials.
• Build a searchable Knowledge Base and automate community workflows to improve the teacher experience.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in social media management, audience analytics, community management, or digital marketing, preferably in Education, EdTech, or SaaS.
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent writing, data‑driven storytelling, and confidence facilitating live online sessions.
• Experience working with teachers or school communities is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Group Insights, and social listening or analytics platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Knowledge Base platforms and community automation tools such as Notion, Zendesk, Help Scout, Zapier, ManyChat.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
