Community Management Associate

About the role

The Community Management Associate will nurture online communities for Skyrocket Studios and its clients, ensuring consistent brand representation, driving engagement, and supporting project and client initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client touchpoints, initiate conversations, and track community performance across social platforms.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources using tools like Instagantt and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Develop onboarding materials, maintain client files in Google Drive, and prepare end‑of‑month performance reports.
• Participate in pitch presentations, contribute to internal process improvements, and explore AI tools to enhance workflows.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Google Suite (especially Google Sheets) and Google Drive.
• Collaboration tools: Notion, ClickUp, Instagantt.
• Social media management platforms: MyAlice, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Mentionlytics, Clockify.
• Basic design using Canva.
