Marketing & CRM Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & CRM Assistant to support our CRM activities, marketing campaigns, and event execution. You will manage customer databases, coordinate marketing initiatives, and handle event logistics while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM records and customer databases.
• Track leads, customer inquiries, and engagement activities.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of corporate events, job fairs, conferences, and activations.
• Manage event logistics, registrations, and specific event requirements.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing and event activities.
• Prepare post‑event and campaign performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or event management.
• Experience in an events, marketing, or advertising agency.
• Proven experience handling corporate events, activations, trade shows, conferences, or job fairs.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond regular hours during events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
