Mall Engineer – Facilities Management

About the role

The Mall Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical and utility systems within Robinson Place Malolos operate efficiently and reliably. This role supports the mall’s daily operations by maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for shoppers and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, test and maintain air‑conditioning, ventilation and kitchen exhaust equipment.
• Oversee electrical distribution, lighting, power backup generators and related control systems.
• Manage water supply, plumbing, and sewage‑treatment plant performance.
• Coordinate preventive‑maintenance schedules and respond to breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, spare‑parts inventory and compliance reports.

Required profile

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum two years of experience in building or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of mall‑type equipment and safety standards.
• Ability to work a six‑day schedule with flexible rest days.
