About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer to lead substructure works on the MCRP‑02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves supervising construction of pile caps, columns, pierheads and portals while ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage substructure works such as pile caps, columns, pierheads and portals.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, material standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, equipment and material usage for efficiency.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, work inspection requests, material acceptance reports and as‑built documentation.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues on site.
- Enforce HSE procedures and report any incidents.
Required profile
- Graduate of a Civil Engineering Bachelor program.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in substructure construction.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
