Structural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join Surbana Jurong in Mandaluyong City. The role involves design, analysis, and construction supervision of various civil and structural infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Undertake site visits and field assignments as required.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization or strong background in Structural Engineering.
• Licensed/registered Civil Engineer with a valid professional license.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design, analysis, and construction supervision.
• Experience in design and assessment of buildings, bridges, dams, hydropower structures, or other civil/structural infrastructure (advantage).
• Familiarity with SMEC’s technical standards, quality systems, and project procedures (advantage).
