Site Architect – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

ACCIONA, a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, is seeking a Site Architect for the MCRP‑02 project located in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves overseeing architectural aspects on‑site to ensure design quality, compliance, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to align design and construction.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support during project execution, addressing design‑related concerns or discrepancies.
• Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both structural and architectural works.
• Experience in office‑based design/coordination and site supervision.
• Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to project requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
