Maintenance Technician – Rosario, Cavite

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our press‑molding manufacturing facility in Rosario, Cavite. The role focuses on keeping press‑molding and related production equipment running smoothly through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on press molding machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Install, adjust, and test machinery, equipment, and machine parts.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.

Required profile

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cavite.

What we offer

• Salary: Php 18,000 – Php 24,000 gross per month.
• Full‑time regular position.
• On‑site work in Rosario, Cavite.
