Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Machine Operator to run DP Polishing and Conventional Polishing machines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate DP Polishing and Conventional Polishing machines according to standard procedures.
• Perform machine setup, load/unload materials, and make basic adjustments.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using Digimatic calipers, micrometers and other tools.
• Identify and segregate defective products, reporting quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records and follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Vocational/technical graduate with knowledge of machining principles and precision measurement.
• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation or quality inspection is preferred.
• Physically capable of prolonged standing, repetitive tasks and handling machine‑related physical requirements.

Required skills

• Operation of DP Polishing and Conventional Polishing machines.
• Use of Digimatic calipers, micrometers and other dimensional measurement tools.
• Basic machine setup, loading/unloading, and adjustments.
• Visual inspection and defect identification.
