Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our production line at our facility in Canlubang, Laguna. The successful candidate will convert raw materials into finished goods while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute conversion of raw materials into finished products using allocated manpower, tools, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure raw material and finished product quality meets standard specifications.
• Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimum efficiency and consistent quality.
• Inspect equipment during production runs and perform routine checks.
• Handle heavy equipment lifting as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in machine operation or production equipment handling.
• Experience in food manufacturing or semiconductor industry (either is acceptable).
• Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments and on a shifting schedule.
• Fresh graduates with a minimum of three (3) months of machine operation internship or OJT are welcome.
