Luxury Retail Client Advisor

About the role

As a Luxury Retail Client Advisor you will be the face of Gucci, delivering best‑in‑class service and creating memorable experiences for every client. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will help deepen customer relationships and drive sales in a high‑end boutique environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, providing personalized service that reflects Gucci’s heritage and values.
• Execute the Gucci selling ceremony, ensuring cross‑selling and up‑selling across all product categories.
• Maintain and update client information in the company CRM to retain existing customers and identify high‑potential prospects.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and support accurate physical inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members, share feedback, and propose solutions to improve store performance.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion, luxury products and a strong understanding of current trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers of diverse nationalities.
