Human Resources Supervisor / Head (Recruitment, Welfare, Relations, L&D)

About the role

We are seeking experienced HR leaders to head four critical functions – Recruitment, Employee Welfare, Employee Relations, and Learning & Organization Development – for our corporate, project and site operations. The role will report to senior management and will be based in Iloilo City.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate, technical, engineering, project and site positions, develop sourcing strategies and manage recruitment metrics.
• Design and oversee employee welfare, engagement and experience programs, address welfare concerns and monitor employee feedback.
• Manage employee and labor relations, handle grievances, investigations and disciplinary cases while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Direct learning and organization development initiatives, conduct training needs analysis, create and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in the specific HR specialization being applied for (recruitment, welfare, relations, or L&D).
• Knowledge of Philippine HR practices and employment regulations; experience in construction or real‑estate sector preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
