Learning and Development Coach

About the role

The Learning & Development Coach drives leadership development initiatives, enhances coaching effectiveness, and supports organizational performance. This role blends facilitation, coaching quality assurance, and project leadership to build a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual leadership development programs and workshops on coaching, communication, emotional intelligence, performance management, and leadership fundamentals.
• Review recorded coaching sessions, assess quality against established criteria, and provide verbal feedback to leaders.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions, mentor managers, and model best‑practice coaching techniques.
• Lead L&D projects from planning through implementation, coordinating with Operations, HR, Quality, Training and other partners.
• Analyze coaching and training data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to leadership programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or coaching roles.
