Human Capital Internship – Talent & Development

About the role

Join PwC’s Human Capital team in Makati as an intern focused on talent and development. You will support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, helping the firm attract, assess, and develop top talent while gaining exposure to a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for various business units.
• Support the design and delivery of learning and development programs.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to align talent strategies with market trends.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data.
• Participate in campus placement events and employee referral initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns and onboarding activities.
