Learning and Development Coach

About the role

The Learning and Development Coach drives leadership development initiatives, ensuring coaching effectiveness and enhancing organizational performance. This role blends facilitation of virtual programs, quality assurance of coaching sessions, and hands‑on coaching to build leadership capability across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual leadership development programs and workshops covering coaching, communication, feedback, emotional intelligence, performance management, and core leadership skills.
• Ensure participants meet leadership certification requirements and conduct follow‑up sessions to reinforce learning.
• Review recorded coaching sessions against established criteria, provide feedback to leaders, and calibrate scoring with peers.
• Deliver one‑on‑one coaching for people leaders, mentor managers on coaching techniques, and model best practices through live demonstrations.
• Lead assigned L&D projects from planning through implementation, develop timelines, deliverables, and communication plans, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Analyze coaching and training data to identify trends, recommend program improvements, and update training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or leadership development.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as Operations, HR, Quality, and Training.
