About the role
The Regional HC Associate will join PwC’s People team in the Philippines, supporting human capital services across the region. This role acts as a primary HR point of contact, helping resolve inquiries and contributing to the delivery of HR operations and transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide primary HR contact for inquiry resolution, escalation and routing in line with HR protocols.
- Support human capital services such as global mobility, data and reporting, HR transformation, operating model, service delivery and talent management.
- Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance.
- Share evidence‑based feedback, collaborate with colleagues and suggest constructive process improvements.
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures and uphold the firm’s code of ethics.
- Communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.
- Contribute to thought leadership, research and development activities as needed.
