Human Resources Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant supports the HR department by handling a range of administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures smooth recruitment processes, employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and accurate record‑keeping while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee relations and address routine inquiries.
• Facilitate onboarding procedures and maintain employee files.
• Process payroll data and coordinate benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred (not mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR, office administration or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
