HR Generalist

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration for its remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and drive engagement and culture initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes, partner with managers on development plans, and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee handbook updates while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, and payroll system workflows, handling confidential employee information with discretion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR administration.
• Healthcare HR background or proven experience recruiting for allied‑health roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong relationship‑building and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Required skills

• Experience with ADP payroll system.
• Experience with BambooHR ATS.
• Experience with Workday HRIS/ATS.
• General HRIS and payroll system administration.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management.
