About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist/Assistant to join our team in Makati City. The role focuses on providing day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to our HR professionals, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

Support HR professionals in daily administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.
Hard‑working, self‑motivated with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
Capable of multitasking and handling various situations with tact and diplomacy.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
Full‑time availability; direct hire.
