About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Supervisor to lead the development and execution of human resources strategies that support our overall business objectives. The successful candidate will drive performance management, coaching, and employee development while ensuring compliance with all labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business plan.
- Oversee employee performance management, coaching, and professional development programs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
