People and Organization Associate

About the role

Pwc is seeking a People and Organization Associate to join its Workforce Consulting team in Makati. You will help clients improve their HR function, talent management and organisational effectiveness through strategic consulting and technology implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client workforce needs and develop people‑and‑organisation strategies.
• Provide guidance on HR transformation, process redesign and technology adoption.
• Assess existing HR policies, systems and service‑delivery models.
• Support implementation of HR solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
