About the role

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to connect with licensed Occupational Therapists and Speech‑Language Pathologists in New York. You will play a key part in building our talent pipeline by engaging candidates through natural, conversation‑driven outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to OT and SLP professionals via phone and other communication channels.
• Engage candidates in authentic conversations without relying on rigid scripts.
• Ask relevant questions to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and interest.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Document candidate information, conversation notes, and follow‑up actions accurately in the recruitment system.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to think on your feet and guide conversations naturally.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting candidate outreach.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple candidate conversations simultaneously.
