Client Services & Sales Executive (Japanese)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Client Services & Sales Executive to join its Business Development Team in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week spent in the office. You will attend sales meetings and presentations, carry out market research on trends, and most importantly deliver the assigned sales targets for insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and present to prospects with the aim of closing deals.
• Attend and assist with sales meetings and presentations led by senior colleagues across different account types.
• Research market trends and developments and analyse opportunities and client needs.
• With supervision, draft due diligence reports and presentations, including basic financial analyses.
• Present findings and ideas on product work or market research to senior colleagues.
• Grow a professional network and belong to professional organisations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• Fluency in written and spoken Japanese and English is mandatory.
• Japanese nationality with legal working rights in the Philippines.
• At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in non-life insurance broking or the insurance industry.
