Finance Manager – Costa Solana Resort

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of Costa Solana Resort, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with Philippine accounting standards. This role requires a strategic mindset to support the resort’s growth while maintaining rigorous financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with taxation regulations and Philippine accounting standards.
• Oversee accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and maintain ERP/accounting systems to improve efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to senior management for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems.
