Executive Director – Child Advocacy Center

About the role

The Executive Director leads All God’s Children International’s Philippines entity, providing strategic, operational, and organizational leadership for its Child Advocacy Center. Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer, this full‑time, on‑site role oversees OSAEC prevention programming, safeguarding, and community‑based trauma‑informed care.

Key responsibilities

• Create and communicate a clear vision that aligns with AGCI’s global mission while advancing locally‑grounded OSAEC prevention and child protection strategies.
• Develop program operating plans, metrics, and procedures to meet organizational goals and maintain high standards of child protection.
• Lead the implementation of Child Advocacy Center services, case management, caregiver engagement, and community outreach.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, partner organizations, and local service providers.
• Provide staff leadership, recruitment, and capacity‑building to ensure effective service delivery.
• Oversee financial stewardship, budgeting, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance, safeguarding policies, and adherence to AGCI’s global standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, child protection, or related sector.
• Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and fundraising.
• Strong understanding of online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC) prevention.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage diverse community stakeholders.
• Willingness to complete an extensive criminal background check.
• Full‑time availability, Monday through Friday.
