About the role
The Executive Assistant & PSP Coordinator provides multifunctional administrative support to the Country President and CCFO while also overseeing the Patient Support Program (PSP) controls framework. This dual role combines high‑level executive assistance with coordination of PSP activities across local, regional and global functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the calendars of the Country President and CCFO, scheduling meetings and events in advance.
- Arrange travel itineraries in line with company policies and ensure all logistics are handled.
- Coordinate and support logistics for leadership team meetings, quarterly business reviews, and governance sessions.
- Prepare accurate minutes for key meetings and track follow‑up actions.
- Maintain systematic filing and digital archiving of office documents.
- Organise venue setup, presentation materials and logistical needs for internal and external meetings.
- Communicate on behalf of the Country President and CCFO while preserving confidentiality.
- Coordinate PSP stakeholders to gather evidence and complete self‑assessments.
- Track, monitor and report on PSP corrective actions and remediation plans.
- Perform periodic reviews of PSP programs to meet local, regional and global reporting requirements.
Required profile
- Graduate of a four‑year degree program, preferably in business.
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing administrative support to senior leaders.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enterprise mindset with analytical ability to interpret data and KPIs.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
