Director for Enterprise Operations

About the role

The Director for Enterprise Operations will lead company‑wide initiatives to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardise governance across all departments. This senior position partners directly with business leaders to design scalable operations that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise‑wide operational strategies, process‑improvement programmes and efficiency initiatives.
• Standardise workflows, governance frameworks and operational controls across multiple functions.
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting and performance‑metric reporting for the entire organisation.
• Drive large‑scale transformation projects and continuous‑improvement programmes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure operations are scalable, cost‑effective and aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in operations, transformation or general management.
• Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience managing multi‑team or multi‑department operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle financial reporting, KPI management and budget oversight.
• Track record of leading change and scaling operations in fast‑growing organisations.
