Resource Officer – Nightshift

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Resource Officer to support key transformation initiatives within our Rural Bank operations. In this role you will contribute to process cleanup and improvement, ensure effective records and document management, and provide operational support across branches as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleanup activities related to the Rural Bank’s transformation, focusing on process refinement and documentation accuracy.
• Lead and execute projects that arise relevant to the Rural Bank’s transformation, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Act as the primary reliever for Branch Operations‑related processes under the Relief Arrangement, covering both the Sta. Rosa and Bacoor branches during night shifts.
• Serve as the point person for records management, overseeing the organization, storage, and retrieval of critical documents.
• Maintain the bank forms inventory and manage document control, including version monitoring and updates.
• Assist in identifying processes for improvement and collaborate closely with the Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Head to implement enhancements.
