About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Strategist to lead paid media and performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic platforms. You will help leading brands reach the right audiences, maximise ROI and drive measurable growth through insight‑led media strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads and programmatic DSPs.
  • Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with business goals, set KPIs, budgets and media plans.
  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards; monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
  • Identify trends and opportunities, continuously optimise campaigns for efficiency and scale.
  • Conduct market, audience and competitor research; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create clear reports and dashboards and present results to internal teams and clients.

Required profile

  • Strong experience in paid media, performance marketing and digital marketing.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager), TikTok Ads and programmatic/DSP platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of media metrics, attribution and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
