Country Leader – Manila Shared Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Country Leader to head our Manila Shared Services Center. Reporting to the Global Shared Services Leadership Team, you will shape strategy, drive operational excellence and ensure the delivery of high‑quality services to global business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a workforce of 350+ professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Standardize and scale processes to achieve operational efficiency and meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with global business leaders and functional heads to align services with strategic priorities.
• Identify and implement process‑optimization, automation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead talent planning, recruitment, succession and development programs to build future leaders.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Oversee local functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Facilities and site governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 3–5 years leading a Shared Services, Global Business Services or Global Manufacturing function.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and large‑scale transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
