Business Manager

About the role

ING is hiring a Business Manager for its PSS Tech team within ING Hubs Philippines, an international organization supporting ING's global business and technology functions. The role provides administrative, operational and coordination support across business activities, working closely with local and international stakeholders and helping leadership teams focus on delivering value.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day business and operational activities.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to leadership teams.
• Manage calendars, meetings, communications and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, team communications and business updates.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-through on key deliverables.
• Support governance activities, planning sessions and team-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate with local and international stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Help improve ways of working and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Support team engagement activities and facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Business Support Officer, Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Business Operations professional, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Officer, Business Manager or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage responsibilities.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of service management processes.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to project coordination or operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
