Project Manager (Change Expert - Operational Resilience)

About the role

As part of COO Operational Design, Control & Resilience, the Resilience & Continuity team works with an international group of 12 colleagues to support ING's Operational Resilience strategy. This Change Expert / Project Manager role sits in that team and focuses on global business continuity, crisis management and resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Help define and implement the operational resilience strategy, with a focus on global business continuity management, global crisis management and resolution.
• Engage stakeholders across technology, business and countries to understand the specifics of operational resilience and act as its brand ambassador.
• Orchestrate and manage complex change across countries, business lines and functions, easing the journey for countries through communication and guidance.
• Bring transparency, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate decision-making, deal with impediments and manage and engage stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience dealing with content-related change in an international context, collaborating across borders and cultures.
• High resilience, able to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity.
• Proactive, with a can-do mentality, positive mindset and organisational sensitivity.
• Customer focus and the ability to build trust and engagement with senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent level of English.
