Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Officer to drive growth for our healthcare facility and fixture solutions business across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The role focuses on building relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and hospital administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.
• Conduct market research, mapping, and prospecting activities.
• Build relationships with hospital administrators, architects, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Present products, conduct technical discussions, prepare proposals, negotiate and secure product specifications.
• Close deals, achieve revenue targets, and coordinate quotations, order processing, and delivery with Sales Operations.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and industry events while maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations; business development experience is a plus.
• Background in construction materials, healthcare products, or industrial products is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a pleasing personality.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned regions and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
