Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

Compu-Stor is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to engage existing customers, generate new leads, and support business growth across document storage, scanning, and mailroom services. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calls, relationship building, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify additional service opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Assist in preparing proposals, follow up on quotations, and track sales activity.
• Develop professional relationships with decision‑makers and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, business development or customer service.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet activity targets, and handle objections professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
