Associate Lawyer – Full‑time, On‑site in Cebu

About the role

The firm is seeking a full‑time Associate Lawyer to join its on‑site team in Cebu. You will work closely with senior attorneys to deliver high‑quality legal services across a range of practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, position papers and memoranda.
• Conduct case research, legal analysis and compliance reviews.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and dispute resolution matters.
• Prepare and review contracts for corporate and labor law matters.
• Provide client consultations and support on family, administrative and local government issues.

Required profile

• Bar admission in the Philippines and in good standing.
• Strong legal writing and research abilities.
• Experience in litigation, dispute resolution and client representation.
• Familiarity with corporate, labor, family and administrative law.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills
