Paralegal – Legal Operations (Hybrid, Manila)

About the role

You will join NCC Group’s Group Legal team in Taguig City, working two days a week onsite in a hybrid model. The role focuses on managing core legal processes, supporting contract administration, policy maintenance and routine legal queries while collaborating with finance, sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage the legal inboxes and ticketing system, triaging and resolving queries promptly.
• Maintain and improve the team’s SharePoint site and precedent database.
• Review, negotiate (within set parameters) and process NDAs and other low‑risk agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including document control, execution and record‑keeping.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating internal policies and regulatory research.
• Act as a primary contact for routine contracting and policy queries from the business.
• Coordinate governance activities, company secretarial filings and external law‑firm spend tracking.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
• Excellent client‑relation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment across different jurisdictions.
