About the role
The firm is seeking a full‑time Associate Lawyer to join its on‑site team in Cebu. You will work closely with senior attorneys to deliver high‑quality legal services across a range of practice areas.
Key responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, position papers and memoranda.
- Conduct case research, legal analysis and compliance reviews.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and dispute resolution matters.
- Prepare and review contracts for corporate and labor law matters.
- Provide client consultations and support on family, administrative and local government issues.
Required profile
- Bar admission in the Philippines and in good standing.
- Strong legal writing and research abilities.
- Experience in litigation, dispute resolution and client representation.
- Familiarity with corporate, labor, family and administrative law.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, position papers and memoranda.
- Analytical and legal interpretation skills.
- Effective communication for client consultations.
