Account Officer - Housing Loans

About the role

The Account Officer will drive housing loan origination and marketing, working to meet key business targets while providing excellent service to retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with developers and branch teams to generate housing loan business.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with retail clients, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Identify and solicit target accounts, manage the loan origination process and deliver account turn‑ins.
• Achieve key business targets related to housing loan origination and marketing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of loan documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support loan processing and customer service.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of consumer loan products, policies and procedures.
• Understanding of lending operations and credit policies.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and credit assessment procedures.
