Head of Finance (Financial Controller)

About the role

PRIME Philippines is seeking a high‑caliber Finance Head / Financial Controller to lead and strengthen the finance and accounting operations of its fast‑growing real‑estate services and flexible workspace business group. This senior leadership position will ensure the financial engine runs accurately, efficiently, and with strong governance across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process, delivering timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Review and consolidate financial reporting across multiple entities for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure reconciliations are completed on schedule and resolve reporting gaps, anomalies and process weaknesses.
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Oversee accounting, treasury coordination, internal controls and compliance for all subsidiaries.
• Build and enforce finance discipline, improve systems, and drive reporting accuracy.
• Lead, develop and scale a growing finance team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated integrity, ownership and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
• Hands‑on finance operator who thrives on building structure and enforcing discipline.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
