Senior Auditor – Global Finance & Controls

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company’s Corporate Audit Department is expanding its presence in the Philippines to support a dual Center of Excellence for the SOX program. This Senior Auditor role will focus on executing SOX testing across the enterprise while also participating in operational and risk‑based audits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in audit engagements of varying size and complexity across global operations.
• Execute SOX testing, assess internal controls, and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support the preparation of audit documentation and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, COSO, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Travel internationally up to 40% to conduct audits and provide assurance coverage.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in a public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) or a corporate internal audit function.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, COSO framework, Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance, and SEC reporting.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CA is strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities with a global mindset.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
