Virtual Teammate – Grow University Marketplace (Remote)

About the role

Join SUpost as a Virtual Teammate and help expand a trusted online marketplace for university communities worldwide. You will work directly with the founder on high‑impact growth initiatives while operating fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Business development – identify target universities, craft entry strategies and win them over.
• Customer discovery – interview students, gather feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Product design input – contribute ideas on website layout, user experience and functionality.
• Campus outreach – build relationships with student groups and grow the community at new campuses.
• Founder collaboration – brainstorm, plan and execute growth experiments together.

Required profile

• Motivated early‑career professional who enjoys taking ownership.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working in an ambiguous startup environment.
• Interest in marketplaces, tech, business development or product strategy.
• Open to remote work from any location, preferably with a connection to university life.
